Returns & Exchanges Policy
At VetGuardRx, your satisfaction—and your pet’s well-being—are our top priorities. While most of our products are prescription-based and regulated, we strive to make returns and exchanges as straightforward as possible.
Due to federal and state pharmacy laws, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, authenticity, and integrity of all prescriptions.
However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away—we’ll make it right.
We accept returns and exchanges on unopened, non-prescription items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- You must contact our customer service team before sending anything back

We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
Need a different product? For eligible non-prescription items, we’re happy to offer exchanges—just contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
