At VetGuardRx, we’re committed to making your checkout experience as secure, transparent, and seamless as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how payments work when you shop with us.

Your security is our priority. VetGuardRx uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant technology to ensure all transactions are 100% secure. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers.
- One-Time Purchases: Full payment is required at the time of checkout.
- Auto-Refill Orders: You will be charged automatically before each shipment. You’ll receive a reminder email prior to billing.
- Prescription Medications: Orders requiring vet authorization will only be charged after approval is confirmed.
- You’ll receive a notification to update your payment information if it fails or is declined.
- Orders will be placed on hold until payment is successfully processed.
- For any billing-related concerns, our customer support team is happy to help.
Refunds for eligible items (see Return Policy) will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
