Returns

We accept returns on eligible products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The original packaging must be intact.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 9–12 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or differs from what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our customer support team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations
